My order won't go through, what should I do?

The item I like it out of stock, will you be getting more?

We always try to restock popular items, but sometimes we only have a limited amount which won’t be back in stock once it is sold out.  If there is something you are after, please contact us through our Facebook page and we will see what we can do for you. 

How do I know when stock I have been waiting for is back in stock?

We want to let our customers know when out of stock items become available again which we will announce on emails (to customers who have joined our mailing list) and through Facebook.  So the best way to keep updated is to join them all today! 

What is the jewellery made of?

The jewellery is made from base metal which is nickel free and rhodium plated. The gems are made out of acrylic.  Being nickel free it should not affect people with allergies unless they are highly sensitive. 

How should I care for my jewellery?

We suggest that customers should not wear the jewellery under water or spray perfume onto it as that will make it tarnish quickly.

What payment methods do you accept?

The only payment method we are currently able to accept is through Paypal, though don’t let this put you off, it is incredibly easy, secure and you can use most credit and debit cards.

What if I need my delivery quickly?

We understand that you may need your purchase more urgently than our standard delivery service.  If this is the case, please contact us through our Facebook page and we can discuss with you options to get it to you sooner. 

What if the item I have received is faulty, broken or incorrect? 

Please contact us through our Facebook page straight away and we can discuss your return/exchange and refund.  Our returns policy is 14 days on receipt (7 days for sale items).  Please see out Returns page for more details.

My purchase is a Christmas present, what if they don’t like it? 

We have extended our returns policy for orders placed in December until the end of January, so you can have peace of mind when purchasing.  Please see our Returns page for more details.
